Is Octi Flow a medical app? +
No. Octi Flow is intended for general wellness, habit support, and informational use only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Does the app create an account for me? +
No. Octi Flow does not create user accounts at this time.
Does the app collect my personal data? +
Information you enter in the app is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to EvaMariaDreams. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
Does Octi Flow use Apple Health, HealthKit, or third-party analytics? +
No. Octi Flow does not use Apple Health, HealthKit, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external tracking services at this time.
What does premium include? +
Premium may include expanded app functionality and visual customization, including themes, backgrounds, and companion variations.
How do purchases and subscriptions work? +
Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management may depend on the platform provider through which the purchase was made.
How do I restore my purchase? +
If the app includes a restore option, use it while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account used for the original purchase. If your purchase does not appear correctly, contact support@evamariadreams.com. Apple and Google also provide platform-level purchase troubleshooting and refund flows.
How do reminders work? +
